Refund Policy
At Sunrise Home Comfort Services, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be considered for services and products provided by our company.
Service Work
Due to the nature of plumbing, well system, water treatment, heating, cooling, and diagnostic services, labour charges are generally non-refundable once services have been performed.
Customers are encouraged to contact us immediately if they have concerns regarding completed work so that we may investigate and, where appropriate, provide corrective action.
Diagnostic Fees
Diagnostic and service call fees compensate Sunrise Home Comfort Services for time, expertise, travel, and assessment services provided.
Diagnostic fees and service call fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed.
Installed Equipment & Materials
Equipment, fixtures, pumps, pressure tanks, water heaters, water treatment systems, HVAC equipment, and special-order materials that have been installed are generally non-refundable.
Any manufacturer defects or warranty claims will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policies and applicable workmanship warranties.
Special Order Items
Special-order products, custom materials, and non-stock items purchased specifically for a customer are non-refundable once ordered.
Billing Discrepancies
Customers must notify Sunrise Home Comfort Services of any billing discrepancy, invoicing concern, or payment issue within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.
All concerns will be reviewed in good faith and investigated promptly.
Approved Refunds
Where Sunrise Home Comfort Services determines that a refund is appropriate, approved refunds will be processed within thirty (30) business days following completion of the investigation and approval of the refund request.
Refunds may be issued using the original method of payment whenever possible.
Exclusions
Refunds will not be provided for:

Customer changes of mind after work has been completed.

Existing conditions discovered during service.

Delays caused by weather, utility providers, manufacturers, suppliers, permit requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.

Equipment misuse, neglect, freezing, flooding, power surges, or damage caused by third parties.

Manufacturer defects covered under separate manufacturer warranties.
Our Commitment
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to contact us directly. In many cases, concerns can be resolved through warranty service, repair, adjustment, or corrective action rather than a refund.
